Head Women’s Soccer Coach
Wilson College is seeking qualified and motivated applicants for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. The successful candidate will begin recruiting and planning immediately for the college’s Division III program to begin competition in a new conference in the fall. This part-time position reports to the Director of Athletics and must exhibit commitment to the mission of the college and the department. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to recruit collegiate athletes, work with athletes of all skill levels, and strive toward conference competitiveness.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, Prior Collegiate Coaching Experience in the sport preferred, Valid Driver’s License, CPR/1st Aid Certification, Clearances Required
Primary Job Duties: Head Coaches are responsible for all aspects of the varsity programs within NCAA Division III, conference (CSAC), college and sports-specific regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting prospective student-athletes; scheduling and managing events; analyzing performance and instructing athletes; record / budget keeping; equipment inventory; attending department and conference meetings; and other sport-related and department-related duties as assigned.
Starting Date: July 1, 2019
Part-Time Annual Salary: $12,000
