The game was the final contest for Wilson before entering winter break. The Phoenix (4-9, 1-1 CSAC) pulled away late from the Blue Jays (4-6, 0-1 Landmark) to win 74-61.

ROSEMONT, Pa. - Wilson women's basketball senior Kai Wyatt (Catonsville, MD) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Wyatt led the Phoenix to a season opening 67-34 victory over Christendom College with a 24 point, 7 rebound, and 4 assist effort. She shot 53% (9-17) from the field including 57% (4-7) from behind the arc. She also added a blocked shot and a steal in the win.
WESTMINSTER, Md. - The Wilson College men's basketball team hit the road for a non-conference match-up with McDaniel College. The Green Terror (2-0) rallied late for a 77-72 victory over the Phoenix (1-3).
